Easy Fruit Desert

This desert idea is so simple and even if it wasn't, it looked so good I would've made it anyway.  This is  a Pinterest find, for more images click here.

Ingredients to make 24:
  • One tube of pre made sugar cookie dough
  • Either one large tub of whip cream, or two smaller sized
  • strawberries
  • kiwis
  • cut peached fruit cups
  • room temperature cream cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  While you're waiting for the oven roll your cookie dough into balls and place in a cupcake tin.  I needed two tins for one tube of dough.  You will need to bake these for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.

Take your room temperature cream cheese and mix until smooth.  Mix your whip cream in with the cream cheese and voila, your topping for your cookies are done!
Let the cookies cool for a bit, maybe ten minutes, then they should pop out fairly easily from the tin.

Get your fruit cut and ready while the cookies are cooling.

To easily add the whipped topping a put it all in a Ziploc bag and cut the corner off one side.

All you do now is arrange your fruit topping and enjoy.  Make sure you refrigerate whatever leftovers you have, if there are any!

    1. I'm so glad you loved them! Really easy and fun to make, my kids like putting the fruit on. Although, my two year old usually ends up eating most of the fruit before it makes it to the treats.
